Unexpectedly it was a great experience. After visiting and liking the Tropheum Traiani Complex we went to the museum having low expectations but we found a modern, well putt together, interesting museum. I think the site has great potential especially for the fans of archaeology. If it is on your way don't avoid it.

Impressive collection of well preserved roman era artifacts nicely presented. Definitely worth the drive if you're in the area.
We didn't expect much from a small town museum but it exceeded by far our expectations. The thing is that they have this huge wall with the ancient metopes embedded in it. It's easy to understand, it's like a seamless stream. Another thing is that it's cooler inside due to natural shadow, so you enjoy some comfort. So yeah, it's worth seeing. :)
Interesting place
The place and the exhibition is nice but not very tourist explanable
Very nice place, with lots of artefacts and historical stones well presented and distributed throughout the museum. The only improvement I would recommend, is to change the plates of each stone, containing the relevant info. Currently, these are made out of regular paper. It would be more appropriate to be made from high quality plastic, non-corrosive metals or even stone (marble).
The monument & museum
This boutique museum is a must if you want to see the original sculptures from the Tropaeum Traiani
