In love with this place! By entering, you cannot tell how beautiful it is, you only discover by walking the surroundings. Very large, you can find several traditional old homes, a old church on a hill that offers panoramic view, a small lake and some cute and friendly sheeps :) Must visit if in Maramures area!

A lot of history in the same place! Love the fact that most of the houses have QR code which takes you to a virtual guide.
I loved it there! Peace and quiet, the houses looked good even though some were 400 yo.
It reveals secrets of our past.You can see old and beautiful houses.It would be great to be able to see more decorations inside.Only a few houses are open.
A great experience! They created a village pulled out of fairy tales. Very nice to see how people lived back in the days.
Brilliant. We loved it. So many beautiful examples of local architecture. Surprisingly few visitors made it a relaxing & peaceful visit. Well kept, well organised, and even the entrance fee was a bargain.
The museum is fantastic. Most of the houses have QR codes which give very useful information about them. I highly recommend visiting the museum.
