The lady behind the counter was very rude and the quality of selection wasn't so good. I could not make a purchase due to her bad attitude.

Went in to buy a simple cigar holder and the staff member threw up her hands and said 'No.. no!' with a disdainful look on her face. Okay, so you didn't have that item. You could at least tell us pleasantly instead of being rude. In a so-called tourist friendly city I wouldn't recommend anyone goes here.
They were not overly helpful or friendly to me, wanting mini cigars and a holder. For an upmarket inner city store not to have 1) English, 2) German or 3) a pleasant attitude from either of 2 different assistants on 2 visits is poor.
It's okay for cigarettes and alcohol but not for cigars. There are no habanos.
Cigarettes for sale... i do not smoke any more but is a store ok for me : very nice furniture!...the staff is very rude...beware!

Doamna care vinde se pare ca are o problema de rasism ! Atâta timp cât nu ești din Sibiu și ești din alt oraș evita acel loc ! O nesimțire și o proasta creștere
Am fost sa iau un pachet de tigari si i-am spus doamnei ca platesc cu cardul \cu cardul te rog\ si mi-a tinut teorie ca nu o cunosc personal si ca nu o tutuiesc eu pe ea, probabil nu trebuia sa ii spun nimic. Jalnic.
