I had an overall good experience. Definitely worth to make an online appointment, it saves you a lot of time(you have to see how long is the offline line). I advise you to check the site and come prepared with all the papers you need. Also, take note that when you'll pick up the papers(in most cases, the next working days), you won't have the option to make an appointment, you'll have tot take an order ticket and wait for your turn, but the process it's pretty fast because the papers are ready and you have just to pick them(my waiting time was around 30 minutes with 30 persons in front of me).

Very crowded, but online scheduling works ok. Was received after a 5 minutes delay. I arrived early and there is no chance to be handled faster.

I had an appointment, so I did not have to wait, however, as I had to pay for the license plates, they only accepted cash payments (which is weird) and they asked for exact change, which forced me to go around the building, asking people if they can brake a large bill into smaller denominations, which felt lame. Otherwise, the building was ok, not too clean, not to dirty, parking lot also ok...

The procedures are old, or outdated, or not maintained (like medical accredited list), or online appointments not covering different particular situations, nobody answers to phone for days. You cannot get a simple info straight and clear, on some info counters where you will still get old superior mentality. Still, a good improvement (wait timings reduced only for driving licences operations) since \Udriste\ days but same crowdy these pandemic days...
