Fantastic assortment of cigars! While they specialise in Cubans and have a huge selection of all the big Cuban brands (like Cohiba, Hoya de Monterrey, Romeo Y Julietta, Trinidad, etc.), don't miss the amazing cigars from Nicaragua and Dominican Republic (like AJ Fernandez, La Aurora, Arturo Fuente and others) in the far corner, I got quite a few gems and filled my own humidor from this shop! Some of the cigars I've bought were a bit dry, but they're always perfectly fine after I rest them in my humidor for a few days.

Been to this store on previous visits to Cluj, good selection cigars, but do check them as I had a few dry ones. The staff were friendly but language can be difficult, unless your there when an English speaker is working. Main problem is that on my recent visit I bought over 1600 lei worth of cigars, however the assistant failed to place a cheap (49 lei) cutter into my bag, all paid for. Next few days I tried o call the store , line was always engaged. After I asked my hotel to get involved the store refused to refund, send the cutter to hotel or even hold in store for me to pick up, they were not even interested to find out from the sales person if he (vladut) had seen the item left behind !
