Very very nice place but lately their sales woman is leaving every 30 min. Today i had to wait 15 min. Same day one of my friends went to the store after 20 min after me and store was closed again. Sale person is smoking too much :)

Considering the lack of cigar shops in Romania in general i really hate to do this review, however this is the reality. El Unico's bread and butter are cuban cigars and they have a wide variety including some limited/special editions.This is why i gave it 2 instead of 1 star. The problem is the "humidor". The humidity is literally maintained with AC Units. I kid you not. Inside the humidity was a bit thigh 78%. But the fact that the ACs were literally near the cigars it meant the sticks close to them were MOLDY. There were a variety of cigars of all brands,types and rarity full of white mold. I was horrible. I would not recommend anyone buy and keep in their humidors anything from this shoup unless...maybe... the sticks were in tubes and far away from those AC units. In case you thinks i am bashing the shop...here are some limited edition 2013 Romeos with mold near the head, proudly displayed in the window. The mold is more visible obviously towards the part of the cigars closer to the AC units. You really don't want to see how some Hoyo Robustos that were right on top of the AC looked....like powdered donuts.

Hi, i can highly reccomend this cigar shop, apart from the finest cuban and dominican selection of cigars and liquors, i would also like to congratulate the staff for the knowledge they posses for the well maintaining of the cigars, from my experience as a customer i can proudly say it is a 5 star rating and i would also reccomend customers to ask all the question they feel like asking for i am sure the perssonell there will know how to answer. 5 star for sure! Umiditatea este mult prea mare pentru cutii de trabucuri deschise. Am cumpărat trabucuri cu pete verzi de mucegai, trabucuri cu inele oxidate și trabucuri atât de umede încât nu puteau fi fumate. Verificați bine trabucurile cumpărate de aici înainte să le puneți în humidorul de acasă.

El Unico impresioneaza prin aromele de tutun cubanez, ofera un nou concept de prezentare in vitrina, a trabucurilor din Cuba si Republica Dominicana de unde iti poti alege produsul preferat! De asemenea, personalul instruit este dispus sa ofere clientilor toate detaliile cu privire la produsele expuse!
