If you love your parents and grandparents avoid this location. My parents were placed in Vila 2 with an abusive caregiver who was yelling and swearing at the poor innocent old people. Everyone in her care was kept in the lobby all day ( from breakfast to dinner time) so she could have an easy job to see all of them in the same time. The director told me my parents got a big and the most beautiful room with a balcony and bathroom, but when I went into their room I found a small dirty and dark room furnished with very old and broken furniture. My parents were put to sleep together in one single bed while the other bed was empty with no bedsheets on!!! Really so desperate to save on detergent and water? Or less work for the caregiver? That’s what I thought at first. Later we found out, during the medical check performed at the new place that my mom had bruises on one leg from the hip to the knee. The bathroom was shared with 2 other rooms. The nurse the only one for the 4 buildings was rude and stressed due to the high volume of work.After 5 days I took my parents out from this miserable place and moved them in a really nice facility where they received immediate medical attention. During their stay at Casa Altra Felipe my parents were abused physically, mentally and verbally by the caregiver and staff. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could!

A wonderful quiet place next to Bucharest center where my mother who is 93 years old can enjoy spending time. Good doctors and nurses all around take care of her. They also speak English which is a plus for Romania.

Best medical team ever and location! Even though we were skeptical he will accept to stay in such an insitution, our grandfather has already found friends there. Much better than staying home with a nurse. Minus: difficulty in finding a parking spot when visiting during mid-day. Before 10:00 and after 17:00, everything is fine. Keep up the good job!

I am a Romanian established teacher coming from Greece, working at International School in Bucharest. I work all the time and feel safe to leave both of my grandparents at Altra. The doctors are super and the entire enivornment very friendly and welcoming. They are also animal lovers and have a big saint bernard. I am confident thay took the right decision!

F bune servicii la altra casa. Am bunicul internat acolo deja de 1 an, si starea lui mentala este mult mai buna ca inainte. Are tot felul de activitati customizate, si cred ca asta il ajuta cel mai mult. Pe langa personalul medical care este f profi. Recomand personal!
