Bought an item that had a sign that said the following " in you hands in 5 mins" after paying, 15 mins later i am still waiting.and apparently it will be a while.

Mobexpert is one of the controversial shopping experience. There is a great product selection (furniture, accessories, lighting lamps, etc) but too pricey then you would expect. Too pricey for average quality products or compare to competitors. Just rebates campains seems to put the prices where it should be.

Many pieces exposed, good quality and a little bit to expensive, but you can find a lot of styles: baroque, industrial, shabby shic, etc. You can find pieces made of real wood and leather. You cand buy from the store, or they cand help ypu to get an order of what you want. You cand choose the type of fabric for I think every couch.

Staff cannot be bothered to assist, but i guess this is typical for our country isn't it? When enquiring about purchasing a livingroom set and having it dropped at home i was advised that the delivery time (apart from the manufacturing time) is a month, even though the stock would be on hand in Sibiu. I was shocked and decided to purchase somewhere else. Please change the mentality in the shop, buying furniture is supposed to be an experince and help is needed. When are we going to change ?
