First visit. You need your smartphone to get in, so be sure to have enough charge on your battery before going. A dry cycle takes about 59 minutes, and the express wash cycle takes about 30 minutes, so keep that in mind and bring a magazine to read or something. Read the printed instructions and the instructions on the washer and the dryer. Straightforward to use, the app was useful to find the status of the washers and driers. If you respect the instructions and do not overfill the dryer, you will get dry clothes out of the machine. Otherwise, some of your clothes will be dry, while others will be a bit moist. But do not worry, there is a sign on the dryer to let you know of its optimal capacity for maximum performance. Easy to pay with contactless card or with cash, but the machine does not give change, so have small bills on you if you want to pay cash. The 24/24 service is a really nice feature, and one of the reasons I chose this facility. Very happy with the results. It would have taken many days to dry all of the clothes I washed this time, but it only took one hour here, so worth the wait and the money I spent. The machines have automated detergent and fabric softener, and the entire room smells really nice. There is space to sit, but parking may be an issue depending on your time of arrival. Be sure to clean the dryer’s filter before using it, as it says so in the instructions. I noticed that other users forgot to do this, and they were not that happy with the result, so keep this in mind. The filter itself is easy to clean, it is the white thing near the door of the dryer. The machines are Swiss-made and they have a high level of quality. I noticed that they were manufactured in 2017, so they are also rather new. Very happy with the result, will come back if I’m in a pinch with laundry. To those who started this business, great job!

Very good laundry, soap is added automatically by the machine, it's smell very good and dryers are quality, it take care of your clothes. It could be cool to have one in the city center old town maybe And important thing they promise you that it is eco friendly!

Very high-tech. Download the app before you come so that you can scan the QR code to enter! You can also use the app to check the availability of the washers and dryers. Very nice inside, free FAST wifi. Touchscreen options in English and Romanian. You can even pay with card!!

Best Laundrette I've ever been to. App is great, nice that you can pay with card. Good machines. Only slight annoyance is that you need to log in with Facebook on the app, email or phone would be better.
