Usually overpriced, just to give a discount occasionally. Sometimes staff are very helpful, sometime cannot find anyone to help.
Bad quality products, no way a Scandinavian standard.
The shop is well arranged, I love the design and the fact they change the display often. It gives you a bit of the Scandinavic lifestyle. The only bad thing is the people at the cashier are not well trained. They let you wait a lot before they call for another person to help them, to make it speedier.
