Slow and low quality service, untrained personnel. As in all the Turkish restaurants, the will give priority to the Turkish nationals and the house friends, ignoring the other customers. Worst of all, they let their customers smoke inside, totally unrestricted (and unlawfull): next to the children and other non-smoking customers. They leave the windows open to clear the cigarettes smoke, so the noise of the traffic is very loud inside. Of course, the dust of the road gets inside on the food and everything else. A total mess. Not recomended.

Pe langa faptul ca au preturi exagerate pentru unele produse, percep si taxa livrare, in conditile in care raza de livrare este de 2 km. Dupa 1h de asteptare, (timp estimat pentru livrarea comenzii)am sunat la ei si mi a raspuns o doamna aroganta, care mi a spus ca urmeaza sa mi prepare comanda (2 omlete) in contextul in care comanda trebuia sa ajunga la mine de 1h. Evident ca am anulat comanda. Ulterior am fost sunat de cei de la Takeaway carora li s-a spus ca livratorul era pe drum si eu am refuzat sa platesc comanda. Le-am oferit o stea pentru livrarea intarziata si nesimtirea angajatei, mancarea nu va pot spune daca este buna deoarece a fost prima data cand am dat comanda la ei. Prima data si ultima data, cu siguranta!
