I got "lucky" and had two flat tires in the middle of a rainy Saturday night around 40 km distance from Deva, at the entrance on A!. Cosmin was the right person at the right place. Professional, managing expectations (by when the car would be repaired), a nice and friendly chap in moments of distress. He also helped me find a solution to get to Bucharest (my destination) in time. I kindly recommend him and his company.
We were having a trip throughout Romania at the end of July but we had a sudden problem with our car near Deva. Tractari auto Deva and Marcel helped us to solve the problem and keeping in touch with our insurance agent in Bucarest. Thank you so much

Profesionalism ! Poti conta oricand pe serviciile acestei companii fara sa iti fie frica ca vei fi inselat sau ca nu primestii ceea ce ti se promite . Am apelat la mai multe services-uri si am fost ba dusa cu vorba , ba am plecat cu alte probleme decat cele pt care am solicitat ajutorul. Aceasta companie iti face dovada problemelor si iti expune in detaliu starea autovehiculului, lucreaza cu dealeri de piese incat sa ai preturi bune fara sa te suprataxeze .
