Very satisfied. They do good work and are even more polite than some other Toyota services in Germany. Would be nice if they would manage to add also a car washing option. If you need a service in the area for your Toyota, look no further.

Excellent services.
It's difficult to make an appointment here (especially online it's impossible), but the people are nice and they fix mistakes fast (I got Japanese version of car mats although that's not the version I ordered). Once I had to wait quite some time until the cashier showed up (lunch maybe? but why don't they have a replacement? or don't schedule me to that time).
