Noone is answering the phone. I'm trying to find a simple answer to my question. Too bad I couldn't give 0 stars
Phone contact: 0 Accessibility: 0 Employee behaviour: 0 Decency: 0 Because nobody answers the phone in this institution I had to go there in person, which is a huge inconvenience because for anyone with a regular 9 to 5 job, their schedule of 8:30 to 4:30 & no weekends is totally inaccessible to the working class from which they earn their entire budget from and supposedly is their duty to serve. Who was this schedule made for? Minors, the elderly and people outside of the work force? Upon asking a few questions about sick leave and maternity leave, I was met with disgust, shouting and anger, asking me again and again why do I need to know this. This behaviour is inappropriate for employees of customer service. Assuming that people may never get sick or pregnant is very strange, especially in the type of institution they are working at. The woman then proceeded to send me to another institution to get information, \Direcţia Gen. De Asistenţă Socială\ which is erroneous, since they do not deal with these types of problems. She basically passed me to another random place to shut me up and confuse me even more, or tire me out, instead of helping me get informed about how I can benefit from the government's services for which I have paid for for several years and am in full right to use. And lastly, the disgusting comment I have: One of the women in the office was eating and shouted at me with food sputtering out of her mouth. It was disgusting and it upset my appetite for the rest of the day. Suggestion: Please invest in training programs for your employees on manners, human decency, empathy, logic and sincerity. Basically, general education that all people must have.

In aceasta instituție exista o doamna despre care eu personal am cuvinte de lauda și este necesar sa le exprim aici. Cu tot ce am apelat la aceasta instituție legat de asigurați direct acolo sau email (card, deblocare,pin) am nimerit tot la ea și cu maxima amabilitate , profesionalism și pe deasupra și in cel mai scurt timp a soluționat și rezolvat problemele.Este vorba despre D-na Violeta Maria Daescu! Este și va rămâne un om de baza ! Va felicit ca aveți așa angajați ! De restul ( ca am mai avut tangenta și cu altele) mai trebuie lucrat!
