Ai foarte mult de așteptat, tot timpul sunt cozi mari, însă e totul organizat cu bilete de ordine pentru fiecare tip de ghișeu, nu trebuie sa te stresezi sa stai în picioare la cozi sau sa te calci în picioare cu restul. Unii angajați sunt ok, dornici sa te ajute, alții sunt fie bătuți în cap fie pur și simplu aroganți și se poartă cu tine de parcă ești ultimul sclav.
