Bad parts: - the entrance is through the smoking area, which is a glass enclosure which smells horrible... That's the first signal, but if you make the mistake I made and still go inside, read further... - ordered a T-Bone only to find out they don't have any beef left because of an English men table who ate it all - ordered a kind of beer only to find out the English people had it all also, so the waiter recommended me another one, only to come back and say he doesn't have that either. Got a bottled Heineken which was warm, switched to draught... - the food came only to find out that one dish was not cooked enough... The chicken was still breathing... - obviously, it took them about 20 minutes more to really cook that chicken, so me and my wife took turns eating... - the other dish, pork neck, was average at best Good parts: - aaaa, no...

In summary, we will never return to this place ! Drinks were below average ( Asahi bottled beer flat, an average Margarita and another cocktail which tastesd liked water). Grilled octopus was the only nice dish, calamari were ordered grilled but they came fried... and french fries were oily.. They offered a 20% off overall after feedback. Overall feel, expensive , v average food and poor & slow service.
Great food, nice services
The place looks really good, and the food is great. We've had some some duck breast which was very tender and a turkey burger, which was good. I think the burger needed some sauce for the fries, but the good part is you can buy some sauces separately. The waiter wasn't the friendliest and had a superior look, but maybe is just me. The prices are a bit higher than the average, but the price/quality ratio is correct. Anyway totally worth it and we will come back for sure.
Very good food, very nice terrace, but the service was awful. No customer oriented service. I gave less than 5 stars for the staff.
Food is above average but the price is way to high for what you get...I had a tomahawk with fries. The tomahawk was allegedly aged and I had to throw away half of it because it was dry from the aging freezer. Also the fries were from the freezer, instead of having fresh ones. At that price you have to have the decency to provide fresh and eatable food!
First of all, it is great if you are a smoking fan. There is a very nice terrace where you can enjoy your exquisite coffee and magical cigar. Food is wonderful, atmosphere is cozy and service is very good. Definitely I will come back with my friends.
