As beautiful from the outside as from the inside, definitely worth a visit and to pay the little entrance fee for. You can take pictures from the outside and no one will bother you to pay the extra fee. It's an active monetary, so be respectful and quiet around the place.

Well, there are so many places you can visit, but Sucevița is one of the best in the region. I love the lake next to the monastery, it's simply awesome
Great place to visit; one of the 5 monastery that have the blue paint similar to Voronet Monastery; it's looking great it's looking like a citadel and the road up to there is on the ridges of mountains and hills great views ; worth to visit ; iti is a nice silent place clean and beautiful ; take your time and visit ; the roads until there are ok for all cars ; here it can be seen the hear of an lady from 600 years ago in the monastery museum, closed in a gold ball ;take your time and visit ; the walls are from stone and real heavy

I had the honour to visit Sucevita Monastery when i cross Romania while one of my bicycle tours. It is really amazing how the art of the paintings are travelling through time.You should spend some time at the area and fill yourself with unforgettable memories! A jewellery In Bucovina
A beautiful monastery, loved the paintings on it. Buuut if you really want to see a breathtaking view, climb the hill that's behind the monastery. It's a bit difficult to climb it, but it's worthy. You'll thank me later:))
