Despite the fact that Covid situation made it Impossible for me to come to Romania they insisted I will not get a refund, they were very arrogant about it too, making it feel is was my fault for booking four months in advance So although I was caught up in a different country with no means of transportation home they still charged me the fee I find such behavior absolutely abhorrent, the idea of only looking out for the bottom line is something any client should be warned when it comes to this business

Pretty poor conditions. Seems clean, but no reception, no toilet paper in the toilets next to the "reception", a deserted restaurant, smell of humidity in some of the rooms, damages in one of the bathrooms... However clean linen and comfy beds, just to also mention the bright side.
