The Romanian Centre for Not-for-profit Law is a non-political and independent organization, founded on June 2013 having the purpose of developing the capacity of the non-governmental organizations and of stimulating the public participation of the citizens in Romania. The Centre goes for a legal and fiscal environment favourable to the development of the non-governmental organizations and for the respect of all citizens’ rights. Our vision is a civil society which has an important role to the construction of participative democracy, defending the fundamental rights of citizens and facilitating the social and economic development of the disadvantaged groups. The organization wishes to become the most important resources centre offering informational legal services, counselling, research and advocacy for the citizens, organizations and companies which wish to become part of solving some community problems that they are part of.
