i paid a premium SUV ,They forgot to take us from airport, the car was too old and in bad condition with "check engine " then the car took fire on the road and we barrely stoped the fire , i cannot finish my trip and arrive at my destinantion , now they don 't want to give me back the rest of money for the rest of the rent and the hotel room

I've rented a brand new Opel ASTRA Sedan for 3 days. The car performed exemplary and the rental service was also exemplary. They have the option to rent cars without leaving a deposit but you have to mention so when you do the reservation. I forgot about it but they released the deposit amount as soon as I returned the car intact.
Scam! Avoid at all cost!! Old overused cars. I booked 2 weeks prior arrival. Verified that the year would be at least 2014. On arrival i was presented with 2006 model and 2011 heavily used. No one on the team cares or wants to solve the issue. Their tactics is - if you already there, you will probably take what they give. Spent 2 hours of my time, in the end went back to the airport and took a car from other vendor.
Was cheapest car hire I found in the area. Staff were polite and helpful, car was decent condition, overall very happy with them. No attempt to rip off which is always a worry with car hires.
We ordered a minivan from Topcars (or PayLess). After 45 minutes the guy came in a bad mood, no apology. At the beginning he didn't want to accept the order, after that he added other charged we didn't speak about. Bottom line - rude stuff with no manner

Never rent from there. Not serious and thiefs I got scammed by this company. They gave me a 7 seats car as booked. They told me the car goes with petrol, and the keyring with the plate number of the car said also petrol. Few kms later I filled up with petrol as stated, but the car was actually with diesel. They charged me for the repairs and kept my whole deposit. During the repairs they change the keyring and pretend that I was the one who made a mistake. They ruined my whole trip through Romania. Don't rent from this place.
