Overall food is okay and only that the staff can be a little more friendly / with hospitality by asking if here or take away and answering still some obvious questions such as what is some food shown. I guess that they are not paid that well... Sad. The funny thing is that they have tables outside right in front of a door and people/staff pass there sometimes disturbing the people seating at the tables.

It's good, tasty food. But there are better places in town like LA Tavola. Also, there is no seating in the winter, only takeaway. (In the summer there are a few tables on the pavement where you can eat)

If you’re looking for fresh, clean, consistent takeaway food in downtown Constanta, you’ll find it at Q’s Inn. No, it is not a sit-down restaurant. And to be honest, its versions of international food, especially Chinese, are not recognizable as such. But it does a great job with typical Romanian fare, fish, grilled meats, salads, deserts, mititei, and their tripe soup (ciorba de burta) is actually one of the best I’ve had. What’s more, they deliver free of charge for orders over 35 or 40 lei. It is not cheap, and prices have creeped up recently, but it is not badly priced for the quality. Definitely a go-to if you’re not in the mood for cooking, but make sure you order early! No delivery after 4 pm.

There's a great variety of fresh tasty food to choose from. The desserts are also lovely. There's usually a line and don't expect any good stuff left afternoon.
