What I appreciated most about this business is the vibe of the employees. You feel like your car is very well taken care of. Also, there are very few businesses where the employees focus on presenting what they do to the customers, and make relevant up-sell offers (just like when you go to a restaurant and the waiter makes a great presentation of the dishes, precisely tailored to your needs). This detail in and of itself is one key ingredient of a successful company and it says a lot about the structure from the top layers of the pyramid (owner and management team) down to the execution personnel. Price-wise? You may be able to find cheaper alternatives, but you get what you pay for. Thank you.

This was great! Had to change the wipers, didn’t have them in stock, said they’re going to order them and have them ready in 2h. precisely 2h later they called to have me bring in the car. Excellent job, very professional and transparent. Invoice sent by email, no paperwork. Go there.
Every visit here is on another level. The service that you receive is unmatched. They always diagnose the problem quick and take care of it at a affordable cost. I exclusively take my vehicles to pit car now. You won't be disappointed.
What more can you say about Pitcar! Such a great experience very professional and a clean shop.
