The place looks very nice. We went there to see some stone for kitchen. I asked for help and a really nice guy helped me to understand if it is the good choice for me or not, even if it was quite clear that I had no intention to buy something from him today. I liked the place and the variety of products exposed.

No empathy with clients. Customer service doesn't exist. Ex: When you put a question to their consultant, you have the feeling that you disturb them. Bad attitude. Waiting long time to pick up the goods. For 8 carton almost 1h. Unbelievable! No description on invoice on what you order I will not recommend
