Patient arrived on time for the appointment, therapist is 1.5h late. The appointment was established one day before. So they ask me to come back later. (Me with an visibly injured leg) Not sure if they understand what hustle it is for some patients to get there. Seems to be a place with empathy for the therapist, not for the client.

Servicii ca la stat. Eu m-am straduit sa ajung la timp (chiar putin mai devreme), sa respect programarea facuta. Ei in schimb au bagat pe altcineva fara programare in locul meu. Nici macar o scuza.
