My girlfriend loved the shop and the experience, it immediately became her favourite store in Cluj! She used to have me video call all the way from Bucharest to find what she would've liked, and even then it was a small store; this store, however, is huge and bright and I didn't even mind the dent it put in my bank account.

Oysho always has cute, comfy items but I can't recommend this location. The salespeople ignore you and aren't helpful while you wander the store. We found an item that we wanted to buy but there was only one and it was on the mannequin in the window. We asked the saleslady if she would remove it so we could buy it and she refused. Bah. We ended up purchasing it from the website, instead. I wouldn't go back here unless it was to try something on. Then I would buy it elsewhere.
Magazinul real e super ok. Site-ul în schimb e o mare dezamăgire. Nu se poate finaliza comanda din cauze unor multiple erori. Soluțiile sugerate de suport nu funcționează.
