Don't buy the bus ticket for this company. I went to the place where I waited before the driving time . I didn't wait for the driver and waited for the driver. I wasted a night's time and booked a hotel for one night.such bad company .they didn’t any Be responsible for

Budapest VIII. kerületében az Optimustrans olyan mellékutcákban parkoltatja a buszait, ahol az építkezések és útlezárások miatt a helyi lakosoknak sincs már parkolóhely. Van úgy, hogy gépkocsikihajtókban vagy épp mentőautónak fenntartott helyet foglalnak el a buszaikkal több órára. A buszaik parkoltatásával a helyi lakosok elől veszik el az egyre kevesebb parkolóhelyeket. Szemétláda, intoleráns, élősködő, aljas magatartás az, amit az Optimustrans sofőrjei művelnek a helyben lakó autótulajdonosokkal. _ In the Budapest VIII. the Optimustrans parks its buses in side streets where construction sites and roadblocks do not allow local residents to park. They have been occupied by carriers or in an ambulance car with their buses for several hours. By parking their buses, fewer parking places are taken away from local residents. Disarming, intolerant, parasitic, disgusting behavior is what Optimustrans's drivers are doing with locally owned car owners. _ Budapesta VIII. Optimustrans își parchează autobuzele pe străzi laterale, unde șantierele de construcție și obstacolele nu permit locuitorilor să parcheze. Ei au fost ocupați de transportatori sau într-o mașină de ambulanță cu autobuzele lor timp de mai multe ore. Prin parcarea autobuzelor, mai puține locuri de parcare sunt luate de la locuitorii din zonă. Dezinteresarea, intoleranța, comportamentul parazit, dezgustător sunt ceea ce fac șoferii de la Optimustrans cu proprietarii locali de mașini.

Just don't choose this company! :( We had round-tickets Cluj-Budapest Airport and at return they didn't show up at the airport in Budapest!! After 3-4 calls and almost 3 hours delay, they arranged us to come back in Cluj by a different company, from a different meeting point. I didn't feel respected as a client that trusted and payed this company to get back home safely, and I won't choose it again!

Utaztam velük egy párszor és minden rendben volt . Rómániában nem ártana valami jobb helyen megálni útközben és nem a benzinkuton . Pl.fent a királyhágón ahól lehetne egy nórmálisat enni ,vásárolni
