This is the Romanian post office building. There is always a line to wait there as the operators seem to take their time. But there is also the immense birocracy they are buried into in order to fulfill any operation. If you want to retrieve a package you'll have to wait to find it for you as they are not exactly sure where they've put it, it could be several places. Also if you received the notification that you receive a package today you will only be able to pick it up tomorrow, cause that's how it works.

Pentru ce treceti nr. telefon din moment ce nu raspundeti la apelurile telefonice ale clientilor . Personalul este sub orice critica , cand au chef vorbesc frumos cand nu este mai bine sa-i ocolesti . Unele mananca pe sub masa altele isi dau aere de fufe dar de fapt vai de mama lor . Un serviciu pe care unii il tot amana de al falimenta pe banii contribuabililor . Dupa ce raman pe strada vor aprecia un loc de munca cei care acum lucreaza acolo ,
Exista mai multi angajati in cladire si doar un ghiseu deschis mereu. Astepti si 30 de minute la coada.
Eu lucrez cu Posta Romana de 40 ani....nu am avut nici un caz nefericit. Sunt multumit de serviciul oferit. Preturi bune. Si cate odata mai rapizi decat cei de la firme de curierat.

Iti fura din colet. Dupa care au 30 de zile sa rezolve cazul dupa care iti zic ca nu ai ce face.
