WHO ARE WE The National Gambling Office (ONJN) is the Romanian gambling authority, who license, monitors, supervises and controls all gambling activities in Romania. ONJN is an institution under the authority of the Government of Romania, with its own patrimony and budget, financed from the state budget through the General Secretariat of the Government.
