We've been collaborating with Oblic Studio on Baristro project on both designing the space and on the branding part. Baristro is a coffee place located in a Bucharest area that is more residential and this was quite a challenge as the purpose was to attract locals, but also people outside the neighborhood. Oblic studio had a great impact on this strategy as they applied the design according to it, by creating a coffee place that is both comfortable and accessible, but also quite an attraction thanks to the innovative way to split the space in different areas that serve for people with different needs, also by using different materials that are different, yet complementary such as wood, ceramics, concrete. Our main point of contact, Stefan, had a very visionary way of seeing the location and basically managed to transform it into an urban extension of the Carol Park. The collaboration with Oblic went quite smoothly mainly because they have a very structured approach as they try to explain each step of the project for its very beginning and this helped understanding the involvement of each counterpart. Another great value that Oblic Studio has brought to Baristro success was their knowledge on the business itself and they acted a lot as consultants as well, which was a great way of sharing information and experience. This being said, for Baristro Place the collaboration with Oblic proved to be a great choice and we further recommend them for their professionalism, passion and ambition to always go for the extra mile.
