Noisy from the near high school and the football/ basketball field, during the covid lockdown was ok, otherwise nice architecture that stands out but does not fit with the surrounding buldings, also not so great views around. The available underground parking lot is highly recommended for this crowded area.

Un Proiect Deosebit. Un reper al zonei centrale. Blocul este situat pe strada Tepes Voda 37-39 si are o arhitectura si un design aparte. Jocul de volumetrii este superb. Sunt apartamente de 1, 2, 3 si 4 camere. Preturi competitive, iar locatia Centrala spre Ultra-Centrala.

Am vazut la ei mai multe blocuri, unele mi-au placut mult, altele mai putin. Acest bloc, insa, este deosebit. Felicitari pentru efortul de a face orasul nostru mai frumos si mai sigur. Succes.
