When you spend 1100.00 lei and the item you purchase is far too big for 1 person to carry and lift then the jysk employees should help you get it to the car and in your trunk! what kind of customer service is Jysk teaching their managers and employees when the manager wouldn't even help my wife carry her item out. The store is great but customer service is horrible in Mosnita Noua! I am happy the store is here but they should teach their people how to take care of their customers!
