Worst service of all, at least for Mitsubishi. I haven't visited many official dealerships in Bucharest but these guys are for sure the worst. Very bad customer service, long waiting for simple things and you get in to fix 1 problem and when you get the car back it has a new one, or maybe 2 new problems (that's from my personal experience, not once). My last visit I got back the car without thermostat and with a noise in the back of the trunk. In the waiting area, not many things to do there, and you cannot see the service area so that you can inspect your vehicle (comparing to the old dealership), or at least all of the times that I was there the 1-2 screens that they have, there were turned off. As for the prices it is very expensive and the parts and the working hour. I understand that is a dealership and they use original parts, but their 0 experience and their 0 results do not justify their high prices. It is better to find another unofficial service that you trust, you will profit in time and money. Update 09.07.2020 On my last visit to this service, there was some noise coming from the back side of the car, when I was locking it. They told me that the problem was the cable connections / wiring of the pigtail, so I changed it. A few days ago I had the same problem, the same noise. So I immediately knew what it was. I tried solve the problem my own, took out the subwoofer on the trunk and after opening some plastic parts I found the wiring of the pigtail. You can see from the pictures the professional work of the official Mitsubishi dealership service. Nothing more to say or to comment...

Really awful experience. Iv'e had unfortunately needed to visit this auto service multiple times and almost never came out with a sense of fulfilment. Waiting times are terrible, even just to get someone to drive your vehicle into the shop takes on average 40 minutes. Prices are outrageous. Had to pay 300 lei just for someone to pull back a sunroof glass window i couldn't pull alone. The feeling is you get charged just for breathing in their showroom. Had an extensive legal altercation with mitsubishi ROmania on other regards to which they had signed a contract they have then failed to fullfill, and since its such a huge corp, fightihg against them in court is futile. Really avoid this auto service in all terms if your car is no longer udner warranty.
