This business sells medical and lab supplies as well as optics. I saw they had lab beakers, graduated cylinders etc. I inquired about buying 500ml glass reagent vials (they had smaller ones). I was told no, they didn't have them (no effort was made to see if they could obtain them). I informed the saleswoman that I wanted to buy 2 dozen. And instead of making any effort, she again said they did not have them (sale lost). I asked if she could tell me where they buy their glassware and she answered \NO\.... I asked if where lab glassware could be purchased was a SECRET? She answered \YES\. I stared at her and said \REALLY? ITS A SECRET WHERE YOU BUY GLASSWARE?\. After a moment, she looked embarrassed and answered, Bucharest. This is classic post Soviet/Dictatorship idiocy. Don't ask/Don't tell, Don't take responsibility, Don't take a risk, Don't make an effort. Take your business elsewhere. There are positive, modern, forward thinking business people and sales staff in Romania. BUT NOT HERE.

Profesionisti! Incepand de la Dr.Comanescu pana la D.le ce ma ajuta sa aleg ce mi se potriveste. De 15 ani imi fac ochelarii in acest loc si nu simt nevoia sa il schimb :). Azi am fost sa imi ridic 2 perechi de ochelari si minune : sunt perfecti. Iar Dl. Sergiu e ...\omul potrivit la locul potrivit \ Multumesc !
Sunt/traiesc de 33 ani in Germania si trebuie sa recunosc ca serviciile pe care le-am primit aici au fost la acelasi nivel, daca nu chiar mai bune profesional cate odata. Voi ramane un client fidel in continuare. Multumesc pentru tot.
Mi se rupsese un brat la ochelarii de vedere,si am cautat in diverse locuri sa imi puna alt brat dar nimeni nu a reusit,apoi m-am oprit aici unde mi-au schimbat ambele brate pe loc ,fara sa ma intrebe daca rama e achizitionata de la ei sau nu mai stiu eu ce,am fost foarte multumita !
Foarte profesioniști și rapizi. Au o gama foarte larga de produse de calitate, iar preturile mi s-au părut foarte bune! E prima oara când am apelat la ei și m-au câștigat de client!
Sunt o clienta fidelă, atât eu cât și întreaga familie. Port ochelarii de 20 de ani și toate perechile le-am achiziționat de aici. Personalului este profesionist, produse de calitate! Recomand cu incredere!!!
