The doctors are infinitely nicer than one of the sullen, dictatorial, rude secretaries, who acted like she owned the place. Really, did these frustrated b...s go through seven years of med school or is it the docs? Secretary issue seems rather common in Romania. Time to revise attitude, girls!

All its personnel are highly qualified, highly professional, polite, dedicated to pacients and passionate of what they are doing. Very customer oriented, flexible and able to accomodate any pacient's needs and schedule. Highly recommended for their business model, services and approach to patients.

I assume most of the 5 star reviews are made by the staff and their friends. Expensive and not the best quality. Ms Delia M could make an upgrade regarding her knowledge...been there, left alot of money and I also suspect some of her suggestions on how to continue were bulls..t. I higly do not recomend. Lots of other better places in Cj.

Terrible clinic!! For a dental polish they have told me it is going to be 150 lei for a simple one, and 250 lei for the air flow procedure. I have asked for the simple one, and even the doctor said I don’t need airflow as my teeth look ok. When all finished, I have been requested to pay 250lei!!!! I asked why, and she told me that she considered I needed it during the procedure, but she never asked me if I wanted to go ahead with!!! That is terrible and misleading. Had to pay double!! Dont trust them

My experience with MD Clinic was fantastic. I have called in for an emergency and they scheduled me in the same day afternoon. At the begging I was a little bit worried about the prices due to another comment from the bellow reviews but in the end I could say that the price was correct, even cheap if you compare with other clinics. In terms of how the staff is treating you, I think this clinic is the most professional one I have ever been into and I would highly recommend Badea Andrada for her services.

My experience with MD Clinic has been more than exceptional from start to finish. I've never met a staff that is so courteous and friendly in any establishment. No doubt, this is the best general and cosmetic dentistry in Cluj-Napoca!
