In only one year and a half since its foundation, it became the 3rd most visible environmental organisation in Romania (according to a study conducted by e-Sondaj). In 2008, “MaiMultVerde” raised one million euros in sponsorship from private companies to fund its activities: 8,000 volunteers planted 107,000 saplings and collected 94,000 kilos of waste. “MaiMultVerde” also created Bucharest’s first bicycle rental facility, "Cicloteque".
