Simple yet well executed dishes with a Very limited menu selection as of this review. No appetizers, 1 soup and several entrees and a dessert on the menu. Unique way of ordering at the counter. Overall service is friendly but Very slow. Do not expect efficient and fast service here- so be prepared for long wait time.

First, the food is delicious and cheap. If you can overcome the shabby design and the unusual opening hours, then give this a try, you won't be disappointed by the food. I love the place, and whenever I want to have Thailand on my taste buds I go there. The food is excellent (first, it goes through your heart and then in the stomach) and the service is great. In short, you have a great price for healthy food and beverages (tea, lemonade, water is on the house) in a relaxing atmosphere. Another great thing is that you have takeaway service. Cheers!
Great food and a wonderful experience. This is one of the best places to eat spicy food and it comes with an awesome place and great employees. You will leave with a full belly and awesome vibes.
The food is excellent, a tasty combination of exotic ingredients - and you can choose the level of spiciness (heat). The waiting time improved in the last year. I ordered at 12:48, got my smoothie at 12:56, and the food at 1pm.

Not exactly what you would expect of a Thai place. Seeing as it was quite cold outside you would expect them to heat up the place so that your clients could seat confortable without needing to get their coat back on. The service was not that great, or maybe I just have higher standards, but I was not disappointed by the food. It was quite decent for their price range. I would recommend visiting the place once and giving it a try if you're into Thai. If not you're better off spending your money elsewhere.

The food is very good and affordable at Lotus. Smoking is prohibited and they serve fresh juices in place of bottled ones. I recommend it.
