Although you can find here products at bargain prices, most of the time the staff is bored and not as polite as should be. You have to wait most of the time for somebody to come and help you with some details or recommendations or even reservations you made online. Personnel attitude and presence can be highly improved, so its number, increased. Overall quality of products is very good.

They have really nice products. Not the best quality on all their products but still.
The level of customer service can be improved. Also, the location of this store is not great, the surrounding area looks like a ghetto and it's an annoyance to cross the entire city to get here. Given that Jysk has only 2 stores in Cluj, this is a big minus for a large city, and the one at this location is the bigger of the two. Both of the Jysk stores are located towards the eastern part of the city (i.e. a third one is to be opened in Apahida, even further east), and this means that 80% of the city's population has to cross the entire urban area to reach one of these stores. Cluj definitely needs a store on it's western edge.
Bored and unprofessional staff. A lot of products are regularly out of stock in the store.
Its small and feels packed, lacks inspiration...
Great priced modern furniture. Lots of home accessories.
