Non-professional site, this is an old story, but i preordered fifa 20 and they sent it to another adress in another city, then i tried to call them for like almost 100 times (not joking) and they didnt answear so i needed to go to another shop to buy the game so i could play it in the release day. SHAME ON YOU
After 18 days of waiting for a preorder to come, the game cases came broken and the aditional one too.
