Managed to easily find a spot on their calendar for the next day by telephone. Had a bit of trouble locating the venue, as they had a foldable street sign that they put up literally two minutes after I drove by, but got to the place easily enough, nevertheless. Very professional, friendly, helpful and got some good advice on things to watch out for by my next inspection.
