For this:  We bring together communities and individuals who take the courage and the moral strength to get involved in changing their communities, their cities and, thus, the country for the better;  We promote an open and participative interaction between citizens and their local and central institutions;  We act to bring about an open, transparent and accountable government, focused on solving community challenges;  We identify and promote political and civic leaders who are able to bring about needed reforms in Romanian society;  We take a grassroots approach in developing public policies.
