Well, this is tricky. The food is good. For me this is the best chinese fast-food in town. I really like the food, the best for me is the gong-bao menu which is spicy. I give four stars for the personal which they don't have such great customer care. Especially there is a man, dressed in black, everytime he is so impassive and bored. One time I forgot to tell them to pack it to go, and he said that I have to put it on the casserole myself, and he throw the casserole like I've made him angry ... and I don't mind that, because it was my fault for not telling him in the first place, but was his attitude which was repulsive. Every time I comeback, if he is there, it's the same attitude over and over. So... I recommend it for the food, which is good, really good, but they have to work on customer care.
Food is not bad, but the girls from the serving staff don't have customer care and they are very clumsy. They gave me the wrong order and forgot to include a fork and a knife although I specifically asked for. And they did not even bother to apologize. :(
