The Humanistic Research Institute have its headquarters in the old Historical Landmark \Feraru House\, an urban palace built at the end of XIX century in eclectic style. It was designed by the local architect and engineer Alfred Vicenz. The monument is located near Schina House and Grigorescu House. All in all is a fine piece of eclectic architectur which you can admire along with its neighbour houses from 1900.
