Great location, wonderful staff
Great service, good price but a bit far from the city.
I only use this place when I'm in a pinch and can't fiind vacancy anywhere else. They take good care of the dogs from what I can tell. They keep the pens clean and offer the dogs some exercise in the evening. The schedule is good and they usually have room. One of the main drawbacks is the distance, but they do offer a taxi service. The feeling I get is they're only in it for the money, for exemple they charge you for another half day if you pick up your dog after 1 pm (even 20 minutes) , which is understandable but they don't mention it beforehand and it's not a common practice for dog hotels. The staff are ok, not exactly friendly but answer question if you have any. Prices are higher than other places, but they do give you a receipt unlike most places. Considering the distance and the lack of customer service I only recommend this place as a last choice. Never had problems with the dogs.
