The airport is ok, clean, no coffee or any snacks. If you want to spend several hours in there just buy a Tarom flight, because after that they will send you home, flight canceled.

One of the ladie from the airport call center is so insensitive and rude. I called for some information about my flight and she answered me in the most rude way and left me waiting without any warning! I understand that the situation is difficult and she probably answers hundreds of calls a day but if they are not able to do the job for which they were hired they should leave the job free for those who really need it and do their job with pleasure!That’s a shame!

One of the worst airports I have ever had to use sadly. Extremely small, old, no place to sit, dirty, low variety of stores and restaurants. Quite a depressing place. The outside looks as horrible.

The check in process is easy. You can find signs with the company for which you must make the check in at the entrances. Attention! After you get past the security check you can't find free water to drink and the price is about 2 per 0.5L bottle at automated kiosk. The food is extremely expensive (5-6 for a sandwich which normally costs 2 max). The toilet is free. Duty free products are expensive but original. Usually you enter the plane by tunnel, which is nice. The baggage arrives fast. I give 3 stars for the high prices and lack of water. If you wait 2 hours and you are hungry or thirsty, be prepeared to spend some money.
