This is their ideea of a car in 'perfect' condition. Didn't even took it on a test drive.

I had no appointment as I was on a trip and the car (Skoda) showed a warning sign close to Brasov. I found them online and went there, I believed they will help at least to tell me if it's safe to continue the trip (as they are specialized in Skoda problems). The service representative showed 0% interest. He told me it's my decision if I want to wait until the end of the schedule, but not guaranteed that someone will look at my car. He could just ask the mechanic to show some interest but he just stood on his chair telling me that they can't help. I will never stop to their shop again.

I went there to repair a car, not to buy one. Staff does not quite apply protection measures and social distancing in the reception area of the building, however it is clean. From a quality of service point of view, it is all-right - ish. The waiting might be long sometimes, several trips to the garage might pe needed, they don't offer replacement cars and the prices are not cheap but the result of the work makes all this worth it.
