The products are decent in style and quality but the staff and customer service are not that great. I was dissapointed overall and probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I recommend to not to buy anything from this shop. It's a bit complicated when it comes to return the product. 1st. You have to make sure that they have money for you, cause often they don't have it on-site. 2nd. They ask for your ID when you return the product(I think they still live in Communism, and don't know the current law.sic! I asked Reserved vis a vis, and they never heard of giving ID when return the product). 3rd. Make sure that you get the money and then sign the paper, if they don't, call ANCP.

Vanzatoarele din magazinul Unirii sunt foarte agasante si vorbesc la pertu cu clientii. Chiar daca imi faceau cu ochiul anumite produse am vrut sa plec doar ca sa scap de ele.
