The Gazonul firm was established in 2000 due to the need to cover a new market for the construction of sports fields, parks and gardens, thus contributing to the creation of sustainable green spaces. As a Romanian pioneer in the turf production, it has developed right from the start two complementary branches of activity: supplier of products intended for the installation and maintenance of landscapes and consulting service provider for the planning, maintenance and rehabilitation of natural spaces. The turf production focuses on the selection of high-quality varieties and achievement of optimal mixtures, perfectly adapted to the climatic conditions of Romania. In addition to the natural turf, it offers customers installation solutions for synthetic and hybrid varieties of turf. Together with its partners and collaborators, Gazonul sells all over Romania products under its brand: turf, grass seeds, fodder plant seeds and fertilizers, equipment for gardening, sports grounds, parks, agricultural land and constructions. The firm Gazonul offers innovative solutions for healthy turf growth and proper maintenance all year long. Based on the plans made by landscape architects and together with specialists, it executes projects for green spaces and sports fields equipped with drainage, automated irrigation, ventilation, lighting, humidification, cooling, heating systems and line markers. To cover a larger area and to easily reach its customers, Gazonul has developed several farms for producing turf, but also plant nurseries in Brașov, Ilfov and Cluj counties.
