They don't do what they promise!! I had delay with the plane.. they said no problem.. when u call we will come.. I called and they said it was to late . .. i had to search an other car at 20h!!

I had a mixed experience with the services offered by this company for the rental of a family-sized car for 1 week in June 2016. The initial process was smooth although it was not clear what insurance and taxes were included in the fees. It turned out that the CDW typically offered by car rental companies was neither included nor offered as an option. The car I received was 8 years old (i.e. too old by some standards) and had close to 200k km on the odometer already. The engine felt weak and abused. On top of it, upon returning the car I was asked to pay an additional fee for exterior cleaning (!?!), which had not been communicated before. Next time I will be shopping for alternative offers.
