I know this place for what it was 20 or so years ago, I like how they reinvented themselves everytime. Coffee is good, best specialty coffee you can find in Targoviste, worth a visit if your in town or just out for a stroll. I can't wait for the whole pandemic to be over so I chill with a book inside and have my coffee

It's the most beautiful library in town! Great selection of books to buy or to read there, good coffee or tea you can serve there, tasty cookies and cold drinks. Also, you can find some great gift ideas and you can also pack your own gift. The employees are nice and the atmosphere is cosy.
