Good traditional food, clean and large rooms, nice location but the staff needs to learn a few more customer service details.

Situated on a former sawmill outside Sucevita, Complex Turistic Forest Ecvestru it's a nice place but horrible attitude from restaurant/bar staff. I asked for a coffee and the feedback was: I can't, I'm busy! I was, like - WHAAAAAT!

The waiters told us to leave as they are super busy and the food will take between 1 to 2 hours...it was hardly half full...
